Our story is organic, shaped by passion and purpose. Hub Property Management is the result of a natural flow of events that directed us towards a business where we get to combine our skillsets and help people every day.

What originally began as a real estate business evolved into a continuous demand from clients to provide answers to all kinds of property related questions and give trusted industry advice. With a strong background in construction management and a large and established network of trades, the start of our property management company came together naturally and seamlessly.

Today, our approach is unique in the sense that we integrate years of diverse and varied experience into each day-to-day operation at Hub. This results in total continuity of service from a family team that cares deeply about you and the seamless success of your properties.

Meet Edward

Edward has been managing properties for 11 years and has been a licensed real estate agent for 15 years. In the decade prior, he was involved in construction management and custom building, giving him an added perspective and level of expertise. In his role as CEO and Co-Founder at Hub Property Management, what Edward loves about his work is having the opportunity to help people protect their investments and make the most of their assets.

Meet Ilona

Ilona comes from over a decade of experience in high-level corporate roles. She was a Project Manager at one of Canada’s top Pharmaceutical companies, and a Business Analyst at multiple Fortune 500 companies. An expert in building businesses, systemizing processes and optimizing daily operations, Ilona is the backend mastermind of the company. As the Account Manager, Ilona loves having the opportunity to provide a much-needed service through a company that runs smoothly and dependably.
